FREE childcare for more family
The term after your child turns 3, they are eligible for 15 hours of government funding during school term time. If you wish your child to attend for more than 15 hours you may increase the time in accordance with the pricing fee, please ask the nursery manager for more details about fees.
30 HOURS FOR 3 AND 4-YEAR-OLDS
The Government provides more help with childcare fees for working families. If your child is 3 or 4 years old and you are a working family with both parents working at least 16 hours per week, or alone working parent working at least 16 hours per week, then an additional 15 hours of funding may be available to you. This may provide you with a total of 30 hours of funding which can be shared with other settings & child-minders. (Parents/carers must apply for this each term or funding will cease).

FUNDING FOR 2-YEAR-OLDS
Some families may be entitled to funding for two-year-old children. If your child is two years old and you receive certain benefits or you are a family on a low income, you may be entitled to 15 hours of government funding for a Nursery place. Children in receipt of Government Funding for 2-year-olds receive 15 hours free. Evidence of Placement Form for additional funding for two-year-olds or for working families of 3 and 4 years olds must be seen prior to the agreement for nursery sessions

CHILDCARE FEES POLICY
Fees are payable at the beginning of each month in advance of booked sessions by Cheque or cash. Reductions are made for families booking sessions for more than one child. 10% for a second child, 5% for each further child.
Due to staff ratios and numbers of children attending we may be unable to provide flexible childcare to meet the needs of families with shift rotas of working. We offer all year round childcare. (Excluding bank holidays, Easter and Christmas and 5 school inset days).
If your child is over 2 years of age and attends all day you may purchase a hot meal for your child. Prices available on request and must be booked and paid for at the beginning of each month in advance of booked sessions by cheque or cash. Children will not be admitted without nursery making a copy of the original birth certificate.
Late collection of children will incur a further charge of £5.00 for every 15 minutes. Reductions are made for families booking sessions
for more than one child. 10% for a second child, 5% for each further child.
There can be NO fee reductions for illness or any absence as staff costs will be the same.
Any unpaid fees will be followed up and sessions cancelled if fees are not paid.
Any debts not paid will be recovered through Easy Peasy Nursery.
If fees are not recovered they will be referred to our credit control dept.
If we do not receive 4 weeks’ notice for a holiday period you will be required to pay full fees whilst your child is absent on holiday.
You must give four weeks written notice if you wish to close your child’s place at Nursery.
Fees are payable at the beginning of each month in advance of booked sessions by cheque or cash.
Fees not paid by the first of each month will result in Nursery sessions being stopped until payment is recovered.
In extenuating circumstances, a payment plan can be established with Easy Peasy Nursery finance to ensure fees are paid as quickly as possible. Failure to abide by this payment plan will result in sessions being terminated with immediate effect and reimbursement of fees will be actively sought by the credit-control dept.
Continued arrears of £50 plus will be referred to credit control department who will actively seek to obtain reimbursement.
For fee-paying families, any continued non-payment of fees will result in your child’s nursery place being withdrawn.
